Christopher Hodson is the Group’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for driving operational excellence across the business as the Group delivers on its ambitious growth strategy.
In his role, Christopher oversees a number of central functions, including finance, commercial operations, health and safety, projects and governance, procurement, and data analytics. He works closely with the Group Chief Executive and senior leadership including Claire Kober, Managing Director – Homes, and Neil Fergus, Managing Director – FM, providing operational support across their businesses.
Christopher brings over 20 years of pan‑European real estate experience, having previously served as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. His background includes delivering financial and operational strategies within complex real estate businesses, alongside structuring and executing transactions in excess of €1 billion.
Prior joining Pinnacle, Christopher held senior roles at Lands Improvement Holdings, Resolution Property, Treasury Holdings and BlackRock, and was formerly Finance Director at Tunstall Real Estate.
Christopher is a Chartered Accountant, having qualified at PwC in 2000.
