Under our specialist Pinnacle Service Families brand, we deliver National Accommodation Management Services for 49,000 Service Family homes across all four nations of the UK on behalf of Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO); an operating arm of the Ministry of Defence.

We recognise the impact housing provision and services has on the wellbeing and morale of our Armed Forces personnel and their families. We know that behind each move and every repair request there are families whose daily lives are impacted by how we respond and how we deliver our services.

For this reason, our services have been designed with families at the heart of delivery.

To deliver our ‘families first’ service, we provide a regional field-force of over 140 housing officers who are on the doorstep to intensively manage move-ins and move-outs and ensure homes meet specified DIO standards. We have invested substantially in our National Service Centre in Liverpool, where we handle over half a million calls a year from where, in addition,  we also run the housing allocations processes and complaints/compensation system on behalf of the DIO.
