Pinnacle’s origins are rooted in the management of Affordable housing, which remains at the heart of our offer.
We operate a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes on behalf of a wide range of Local Authorities, Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs), Registered Providers and institutional investors including London boroughs of Newham and Lewisham, Legal & General Affordable Homes and CBREIM’s Affordable Housing Fund.
We have two embedded Registered Providers of Affordable Housing (previously known as Housing Associations) within the Group; Pinnacle Spaces and Pinnacle Affordable Homes. These are Landlord entities that own Affordable housing and are registered with and regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing.
