Case Study
In 2017, Pinnacle successfully secured a 16-year contract from DIF Capital Partners to manage a portfolio of 1600 purpose-built student homes located on-campus on behalf of the University of Hertfordshire. Our main objective is to create vibrant student communities and maintain high-quality learning environments that students are excited to call home.
As part of this contract, Pinnacle goes beyond basic facility management services. We understand that a thriving student community is built on more than just physical amenities. We prioritise maintaining spaces which fosters connection and collaboration among students. Our team takes care of communal campus cleaning, ensuring that common areas are well-maintained and inviting for social interaction. We also deliver grounds maintenance services to enhance the beauty of the campus, creating a pleasant atmosphere for students. Our responsive repairs and planned maintenance program ensures that any issues are promptly addressed, allowing students to focus on their studies and enjoy a hassle-free living experience.
We also prioritise the safety and security of our student residents. We manage the campus security and car park, ensuring a safe environment for all. Additionally, we handle waste management to maintain a clean and sustainable living environment.
During out-of-term summer conferencing season, we go the extra mile by offering a “hotel-style” housekeeping service for overnight conference goers. This additional service further contributes to generating additional revenue for the University, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both students and visitors alike.
