In partnership with the London Borough of Hackney, we were appointed as the Managing Agent for the redevelopment of this school site.
The project’s success has been marked by the creation of a thriving mixed-use community, featuring a new state-of-the-art school and 89 market for sale apartments housed within a 12-storey tower. Importantly, we manage and maintain not only the residential homes but also the school which has been pivotal cultivating a strong sense of community among both residents and the school community.
As part of our neighbourhood manager role, we oversaw the transition from construction to full occupation. We has also successfully deployed our digital Resident App (Ark) which has been instrumental in establishing and maximising a sense of belonging through easy resident communication whilst also providing us with the data-driven insights we seek to ensure our services are responsive to customer priorities.
Our on-site team, which includes housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and concierge services, is led by a Neighbourhood Manager, and supported by a Technical Facilities Manager. Despite their differing roles, each team member is committed to providing first-class customer service. This service ethos is mirrored in our facilities, which boast features akin to a 5* hotel, including treatment and screening rooms, a residents’ lounge, and roof terrace. Our concierges, sourced from the hospitality sector, are well-versed in maintaining high service standards and consistently strive to exceed residents’ expectations.
