Pinnacle delivers grounds maintenance (GM) and comprehensive neighbourhood services for MTVHA across their portfolio of 21,000+ homes including general needs homes, supported, and sheltered housing schemes. This portfolio covers every London borough as well as surrounding areas which makes our contract logistically complex.
Based on our strong service performance which consistently outperforms contractual Key Performance Indicators, we have worked in partnership with MTVHA as their preferred Neighbourhood Services provider for over twenty years, which has included 4 re-tender rounds and rewins and the on-going inclusion of additional estate over wider geographies including Derbyshire and East Anglia.
Approximately 200 Pinnacle staff work across this service based on a mixed model of mobile and static cleaning resources to maximise responsiveness. We use Jobwatch mobile workforce technology to ensure high quality cleaning services are consistency delivered and inspected. Each lot has a dedicated Contract Manager feeding into an established management structure. Our contract also includes grounds maintenance services comprising extensive horticultural and arboriculture works.
